Who we are
Portal Studio is a design and engineering studio based in Santiago, Chile. Data controller: Portal Studio · hola@portalstudio.cl.
What we collect
If you contact us (WhatsApp, email, or the contact form), we keep the details you provide in order to reply. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure, in aggregate and anonymised form, how the site is used (page views, traffic source, device). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads no analytics cookies until you accept them in the consent banner. If you reject, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your mind by clearing the site's cookies in your browser. Google Analytics processes data with the IP anonymised.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (analytics) and of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship when you contact us to quote or hire a service.
Your rights
Under Chile's Ley 19.628 and the GDPR (EU/Belgium) you can access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at hola@portalstudio.cl and we'll respond.
Retention
We keep contact data for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate per the Google Analytics configuration.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
